Thread the chains through the eye bolts, then attach them to the seat with the same hardware. Level the seat by adjusting the chain links, and give every fastener one final torque check.

Before you call it done, inspect the whole structure. Wiggle the frame, pull on the chains, and look for anything that shifts.
